The short version
- We collect your name and email address to create your account.
- We record the settings you choose, such as how strict you want your signals.
- We do not ask for, hold or have access to any wallet, exchange or bank credentials.
- We cannot execute trades and are not connected to any exchange on your behalf.

Parukh Insights produces automated analysis from public market data. Its reads can be, and sometimes are, wrong. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, and we are not licensed financial advisers. Only ever trade money you can afford to lose.
Information you give us
- Name and email address, provided when you request an account.
- Your account preferences, including your chosen signal strictness and any display settings.
- Anything you send us by email in support of a query.
Why accounts are approved by hand
During our test phase, new accounts are reviewed by a person before being activated. This is to keep the early community genuine and to prevent automated abuse. It means a member of our team sees the name and email you submitted.
Information collected automatically
We record when you sign in and which parts of the product you use, so we can operate the service and understand which features are useful. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs including IP address and device type.
Parukh Insights does not use third-party analytics or advertising software. Nothing in the product reports your activity to an outside analytics service.
Error and crash reports
When something goes wrong in the app, it records a technical report so we can fix it. These reports are handled by our own system and are not sent to Crashlytics, Sentry or any other third-party crash-reporting service.
Crash reports are visible only to Nuvixor administrators, inside our admin dashboard. They are not visible to other members, not published anywhere in the product, and not shared outside the company.
A report describes the fault rather than you: what failed, when it happened, the app version, and the type of device and operating system in use. Where an error happens while you are signed in, the report may be linked to your account so we can reproduce the problem against the right data.
Crash reports are used only to diagnose and fix faults. They are never used for marketing or profiling, and never sold. We keep a report only for as long as it is useful in fixing the fault it describes, and delete it once it is no longer needed.
Market data
Price and market data shown in the app is obtained from third-party market data sources. This data is about the market, not about you, and no personal information is sent to those sources when it is retrieved.
Who we share it with
- Vercel — application hosting and server logs.
- Google Workspace — our company email, where account requests and support are handled.
How long we keep it
Account information is kept while your account is open and for up to 12 months afterwards, so we can honour any later request or dispute. Published call records are kept indefinitely, because a public track record that can be edited is worthless — but these records are about the market, not about you.
Deleting your account
Email info@nuvixor.com from your registered address and we will close your account and delete your personal information within 30 days.
Who is responsible for your data
Parukh Insights is operated by Nuvixor Tech Pvt Ltd, SQ99 Mall, Bahria Town, Lahore 54000, Punjab, Pakistan ("Nuvixor", "we"). We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.

What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.
- We do not share your data with advertising networks or data brokers.
- We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.
- We do not require more permissions than the feature you are using needs.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, you may also object to or restrict processing and request your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email info@nuvixor.com from the address associated with your account.
Children
Parukh Insights is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact info@nuvixor.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised policy.
