Nuvixor Tech Pvt Ltd (“Nuvixor”, “we”, “us”) operates https://www.nuvixor.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need in order to respond to you and run the site:
- Information you give us. When you submit the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company name, indicative budget and the contents of your message.
- Job applications. If you apply for a role, we receive whatever you send us — typically a CV, a covering note and links to your work.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement
- To assess job applications and contact candidates
- To detect and prevent spam and abuse of the contact form
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use your details for unsolicited marketing.
Legal basis
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we process contact-form data on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and protecting the site from abuse.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to operate this website. Each processes data only on our instructions:
- Vercel — website hosting and server logs
- Resend — delivery of contact form emails
- Google Workspace — our company email, where enquiries are received and stored
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as there is an active or prospective business relationship, and for up to 24 months afterwards. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short period in line with their policy.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not build a profile of you across other websites. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email info@nuvixor.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people at Nuvixor who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
Children
This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
