We work from home by default. We meet in person in Lahore when something genuinely needs it — not on a fixed schedule.

Remote by default
There is no expectation to be at a desk in an office. The team works from home, and that is the normal way we operate rather than an arrangement you have to ask for.
In person when it matters
We come together for the things that are genuinely better face to face: a project kickoff, a client meeting, a difficult problem that needs a whiteboard, or bringing someone new up to speed. These are occasional and always have a reason.
Always with notice
When we do need you on site, you hear about it in advance, not the same morning. Nobody is expected to keep their day free on the chance that something comes up.
Written by default
Because we are not in a room together, decisions, specs, estimates and runbooks get written down and shared. Progress never depends on who happened to overhear a conversation.
Your hours are yours
We care that the work lands and that people can reach you during the working day. Beyond that, when you start and stop is your call — early risers and night owls both do fine here.
